Blueberry Cobbler Shake

This shake is the most amazing shade of blue. And it is delicious!
Blueberry Cobbler

Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1 (2 scoops*)
Herbalife Vanilla PDM (1.5 scoops*)
Oats (2 scoops*)
Vanilla extract
Rum extract
Blueberries (handful)
Ice
Water

*scoops are about the size of a heaping tablespoon

This shake tastes just like a blueberry cobbler and is very refreshing! The oats add fibre and the blueberries contain antioxidants. The rum extract sharpens the flavour, and essentially substitutes for using brown sugar and lemon juice in a real cobbler recipe.

HELPFUL TIP 1: Use frozen fruits if you want to have small chunks of fruit in your shakes, otherwise let them thaw. I personally like having small pieces of fruit in my shakes because it makes them more like smoothies, but it is up to personal preference. If you do let them thaw make sure you save the water/juice and add it to your shake!

HELPFUL TIP 2: Use iced or refrigerated water to make your shakes.  The cold water helps to slow down the melting of the ice, which will help your shake have a thicker consistency. If you like watery shakes use room-temperature water.
