Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1 (2 scoops*)
Herbalife Vanilla PDM (1.5 scoops*)
Oats (2 scoops*)
Vanilla extract
Rum extract
Blueberries (handful)
Ice
Water
*scoops are about the size of a heaping tablespoon
This shake tastes just like a blueberry cobbler and is very refreshing! The oats add fibre and the blueberries contain antioxidants. The rum extract sharpens the flavour, and essentially substitutes for using brown sugar and lemon juice in a real cobbler recipe.

HELPFUL TIP 2: Use iced or refrigerated water to make your shakes. The cold water helps to slow down the melting of the ice, which will help your shake have a thicker consistency. If you like watery shakes use room-temperature water.
