Because I've been wanting to make fancy Herbalife popsicles (
Coming Soon), I decided to test the viscosity of different flavoured shakes and came up with this slightly more complicated recipe.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Swirl |
For the base:
1 tsp sugar free white chocolate jello mix
Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1 (2 scoops)
Herbalife Vanilla PDM (1.5 scoops)
water
ice
-Separate in half-
For the cherry:
Handful of sweet (
but not sweetened) frozen cherries
Raspberry extract (but only a tiny bit to bring out the more tart flavour of the cherries)
For the dark chocolate:
1 tsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Powder (unsweetened)*
Caramel Extract
The cherries provide a fresh, tart flavour and make a really nice pink colour, while the dark chocolate powder adds no sugar and is full of antioxidants and iron.
*The reason I did not use the Herbalife Chocolate Formula 1 or PDM for this recipe is because it is really important to make sure both the cherry and the chocolate shakes are the same, slightly thicker, viscosity so that they will not run together when you mix them. By using the same base, which includes jello mix to help make it thicker, the two flavours can be poured on top of one another to make a swirl.
